Det norske skib Barbara Maria med skipper Thomas Rube/Riibe var på vej fra Danzig til Barcelona med 75 læst rug og 58 læst hvede i sække og betalte 18. august 1785 øresundstold, men fandtes uden nogen folk ombord og med lækage af fiskere, som senest 30. august landsatte det ved Marstrand på Bohuskysten for at redde ladningen.
